No pallets. No freight quotes.

An opening order of one master case ships as a single 28 lb box. No LTL, no pallet, no dock appointment. If you have been holding off because you assumed a wholesale order meant freight, it does not.

  • Metro Atlanta and the surrounding area. We deliver locally, direct. A flat $50 covers the whole delivery, one case or ten. We schedule the drop with you, so you are not sitting on a carrier window.
  • Everywhere else. Ships FOB origin from our Atlanta area warehouse within 48 hours. Packed and shipped in house, no third party warehouse.
  • Carrier shipping is billed at cost. The actual charge goes on your invoice. We do not mark it up and we do not bury it in the unit price.
  • Local delivery does not scale with order size the way parcel does, so the more you order, the less it costs per case to get it there.

  2. We respond within one business day to confirm availability and answer any questions about the product, the carton or the delivery.
  3. You receive an invoice for your opening master case order. No surprise fees, no program signup.
  4. Pay the invoice. Your order ships within 48 hours of payment clearing. If you are in metro Atlanta, we schedule a local delivery instead.
  5. Reorders go on Net 15 terms after your first order clears. Purchase orders accepted on reorders.

What is the minimum order?

Can I place a smaller test order first?

The opening minimum is one master case. The reason is the pack format. The gravity feed carton is the display unit, and a single case gives you 30 of them to place where they will move. If you need to see the product first, reach out and we will figure out the best way to get it in front of you.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes. On orders of one full master case or more in metro Atlanta and the surrounding area, we deliver locally, direct. A flat $50 covers the delivery. Everywhere else ships FOB origin from our Atlanta warehouse.

What is the shelf life?

Bliss Chocolate carries a full 24 month shelf life. Current inventory is coded best by 04/23/2027. Store cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed.

How fast does it ship?

Within 48 hours. We fulfill in house from our Atlanta area warehouse. No third party warehouse, no handoff delays.

Is a master case shipped as freight?

No. A master case ships as a single 28 lb parcel. No LTL carrier, no pallet, no dock appointment. It arrives the same way a large parcel does.

When can I order on Net 15?

After your first order clears. All reorders are Net 15 and purchase orders are accepted on reorders. Your first order is always prepaid.

What is your damages policy?

We stand behind every order. If product arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging. We handle carrier damage. Damage from handling or improper storage after delivery is not covered, which is standard across the category. If something arrives wrong, let us know and we will make it right.
