Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order because it may have already entered the processing or shipping stage.

If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We want you to feel confident when trying Bliss Global. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of your order date.

Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take care in packaging our products to help prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if the product itself arrives defective, broken, or physically unusable.

Damage to the outer packaging, such as a dented shipping box or minor cosmetic packaging damage, is not considered product damage if the item inside is still in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at blissglobal@blissbylove.com and include a clear photo of the damage.

Once reviewed, we will determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, improper storage, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we do our best to process and ship orders in a timely manner, Bliss Global is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside of our control. This includes delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect routing, or other issues that may occur during transit.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Bliss Global is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you enter an incorrect shipping address and do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may not be able to update the address before the order ships.

Bliss Global is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and you may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
