An order is considered shipped once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Bliss Global is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Most carriers have a claims process and may require information from you to complete the investigation.

Please note that lost or stolen packages are outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, Bliss Global may review the issue and determine whether a replacement can be offered.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, your building office, or the carrier directly. In some cases, filing a police report may also be recommended.
